Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
