Worse vet ever,
Waiting in the car for over 30minutes as my kitten layed in my arms fighting for her life. vet was 30 minutes late, maybe if he got there sooner my baby would still be hear, loved her so much. Her last howl for life haunts me. Will never go to this get office again. Kept calling, begging them to call the vet to hurry. So sad. Miss my kitty so bad.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Never, they are very reliable.

Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
No, my decisions were always respected
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
