They barely gave me any information at all relating to the problem I came in with. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. We had a completely different and positive experience when Dr. Bloom was alive. The clinic operations have changed since to a very hard sales oriented approach. We will not be returning.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
