It was a little upset with how rough they were with my pet and I think that if they were a little more gentle my pet wouldn't have been so frightened. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Dr Steve Wills is awesome vet, i have heard good things about Dr. Buckman, but when you use a farm call at night you get the one on call. the vet on call left the horse the sames as he was when he got their, but charged me the same as Dr. Marsh did at the East Side Animal Clinic. Dr. Marsh did a fantastic job it could of been a severe wound, but he did it without any problem. i'm sure Dr. Wills would do the same as Dr. Marsh. but i was very disappointed that nobody from that office called to see how the horse was doing are if i was sastified. they didn't have a problem with sending me a huge bill. the vet undid the bandaging i had to look at the foot, and then rebandaged foot charge was same as Dr. Marsh who laid the horse down and sutured the wound etc. very frustrating. to bad Dr.Wills or Buckman can't do it all.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Not that I have seen
