My spouse went into this office for a CDL Medical Card, we got there right at opening and weren't seen for at least two hours. People that checked in after my spouse were getting seen before us, when the staff was asked about this situation the staff were rude, and snotty about it saying we weren't checked in before them when we know we were so if we weren't they didn't check us in correctly. I understand firsthand that the medical field is hard right now because of the lack of staff but that does not mean you get to be rude and snotty and not do your job when it comes to patient care. this place is ridiculous, we were here last year and got amazing care from the staff, I do not understand what happened, but something needs fixed. Unless we ABSOULETLY have to we will not be coming back to this place at all!
