My husband, my son and I all use this office. For the most part we have been happy there. I just called to make an appt for my husband and was told that since he hadn't been there in a while he would be considered a new patient and that they are not accepting new patients. Really?!@# They are my husbands primary care provider and now that he needs them they don't want him? If there's a quota of appts that need to be met to stay a patient then maybe they should let us know! or maybe they should have sent us a letter indicating that he would be dropped if he didn't come in for a visit! No one wants to see a "sick" patient on an initial visit. Disappointed beyond words!
