I ordered Premium full H/D Lenses with frame. Negotiated a great price, HOWEVER, they changed to regular premium lenses, thinking I wouldn't know the difference. They won't refund. I hate cheaters .

Do yourself a favor, go to a more reputable vision center.

Sort of, I wasn't entirely convinced she/he knew what they were talking about

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
