My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. NP not a positive in office, doesn't try to seek to understand when patient is having difficulty understanding and complying with rules. Has never asked this patient why they continue to have issues with the rule. Only used threats when rule or behavior wasn't followed. Leaving patient feeling afraid of being dropped or having medicine greatly reduced. Always enters patient room spends first 5 minutes reading her notes while frowning (very unsettling for patient). If additional rules or requirements are added has not explained reasoning, at times has I have asked for explaination and it has been ignored. I have not be able to confide any concerns or fears. However Dr. G. is the exact opposite, only wish that he would spend time training her in bedside manner or replacing her if necessary.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I have had dr.G. for about 3 years now he is very good, sends you to get exact tests you came with to recheck you if you are getting worse, in my case it was my severe back,and nerve damage and fibromerolgia,he has gave me ijections and kept me out of pain all this time and i take minimal medication and not one time have i had to increase my medication, i am not over medicated,and feel better than i have had in years,I give him a A ,for his abilities as a pain Dr.and an A for keeping me out of severe pain and a A for being precise and not like one of these pill pushing dr's, he is very strict with is patients and I like that,he even drug tests and provides a required pain management class that was very helpful, I would go to no one else.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
