He has always listened to me. And I feel he really cares about you. Every time you come in your blood pressure is checked. You are asked how you medication is helping you and if you are having any problems with your medication. Has there been any changes since they seen you last. Also at times you are given a tablet with questions. Concerning you mental and physical health. And about you medication. I think he really cares about his patients

I have been treated by the Jeffersonville office for several years. I like the doctor but usually see the nurse practitioner who has since quit. David, the office manager, has no medical knowledge or training and is gruff and uncaring. Sometimes he goes out of his way to be difficult. The office is always packed and average wait is 1 and 1/2 -2 hours. If not so close to home, I would probably find another provider due to David's uncooperative attitude alone. For some reason I rarely see the same patients at any time, there seems to be large turnover in patients. Overall, Dr. Guerrero is let down by his staff and overbooking.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
