I was so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Olmsted at Central Hospital after my beloved cat received her cancer diagnosis.
Dr. Olmsted was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She patiently explained the diagnosis and the treatment options, answered all my questions, and gave me the information and peace of mind I required to settle on a best course of treatment for my cat.
I appreciated both her empathy and her candor; I came away with the impression that she truly cared for my cat and was committed to pursuing the “best” treatment options.
Dr. Olmsted is a very special doctor (oncologist); I would highly recommend to anyone.
In addition, Dr. Olmsted’s assistants and the staff at Central Hospital were very friendly, caring and professional. Their warmth and compassion during the process was much appreciated.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I felt a little pressured to buy products and have medical tests, but it wasn't overbearing. I feel a desire on their part to increase their earnings. The desk staff here is usually friendly. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I have continued going over the years because of the location and because they do a good job. My main complaint is the cost, not the quality of the care. The new wellness center is a huge improvement.

The office was very easy to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They wouldnt even make my dog who had been hit by a car comfortable until i came back with a deposit. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. When he returned for a follow up vist they failed to remove one of the staples in his ear skin started growing over trhe staple and our regular vet had to reopen that part of the ear to remove the staple. These people could care less about your pet. They are very cold and unsympathetic. If you care about your pet DON'T bring them here.
