Pets requiring urgent care may die in the lobby, especially if their owner isn’t white. The receptionist is a woman that is suspicious of black men, and your billing information is more important than the life of your pet. Also, instead of tending to my pet first, before questioning me ad nauseum, she asked me if I tried going to another veterinary hospital.
Maybe I’m wrong and I hope I am; I did not feel welcome to be there. In all it was a bad experience.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary and avoids waiting if you just walk in!. They do good at not overbooking appointments, even though they are popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were and always are great and I think more people should give them a try... And your pets will thank YOU!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.
