I've had to go to this vet office twice while visiting family. Both times were great experiences but then... I boarded my dachshund over the weekend. He needed two shots so I had them take care of it. They charged a $30 office visit because the tech had to check his temp, not the vet a tech. There was also a $7.50 check in fee. I was told about that fee but not about an office visit charge. When I picked him up, he was in an outside kennel that was nothing but gravel and so hoarse from barking. I have no idea if that is where he slept or how long he'd been out there. When I got home, he went straight to his food bowl. It was as if he hadn't eaten breakfast. He was taking meds. I have more pills than I should. The exact number that he should have been given over the weekend! Next time, I'll drive the 3 hours it takes to bring him to his regular vet. Such a disappointment.

They were always good to our pets. I think sometimes the receptionist could be friendlier. But over all when they were caring for our former pets, we were pleased. We will see about our new pets.

They have lost my business. I had an emergency with a pet instead of seeing me or offering to fit me in, just anything. I was told I could come up there and sit, and they might or might not be able to see my pet. Also added you will be sitting up here either way for a long time. Don't worry I won't be back, been going there over 14 years.
