They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office on this Friday. I do not know if the phones were out or what I talked with a gentleman who tried 3 times to help me get through and I could not get through.
