I arrived at 5:30 p.m. and was told that the doctor would not see my son because he had already taken his last patient of the day. I told the receptionist that I checked the website and that it showed a 6:30 p.m. closing time. She then proceeded to tell me that the doctor takes his last patient around 6:00 or sooner if he feels like it so that they can close at 6:30 p.m. I told her that that information is not listed on their website and that my son had come home from school and was sick and that there had been an outbreak of strep at his school and I wanted to get him on an antibiotic if it was strep and I couldn't get there sooner. She again told me that he had already taken his last patient. I again told her that if would be helpful if it's common practice for the doctor to take his last patient earlier than closing time, then that should be disclosed on their website and other advertising materials. It was an HOUR before closing time. I didn't walk in 5 minutes before closing! I asked her, very nicely, if she would ask the doctor if he would please make an exception and see my son as I believed it was a case of strep throat and should be an easy diagnosis. She was reluctant and I asked her again to please just ask. She left for about 10 seconds and came back and informed me that the doctor was with a patient and she couldn't interrupt him and he would probably be awhile. No one wanted to help me or my son. I understand that they don't want to get stuck there all night seeing patients, but taking a last patient ONE HOUR before closing time is crap. They wanted to close early and go home and they don't care about their patients or future patients and business in general. I will be telling everyone I know not to go there.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
