I went to this facility for my colonoscopy. I have Chrons so this is a fairly common event for me. This was the worst facility I've ever had to endure, and I've been to many across several states. Waiting an hour or two past your appointment time is not uncommon here, never had a single appointment that didn't make me wait far past my appointment time. The oscopy was fine but the doctor was dismissive and was barely polite.

The nurses are their saving grace, they are kind and caring. The procedure was expensive, even with full coverage insurance it was far more costly than other facilities I've been to. Plus - I was patient profiled! WHY? Because I dared to ask why I was still waiting for my appointment more than an hour past the scheduled time. Be sure to ask for your records and review them. Never EVER again will I go here. There are better docs and facilities out there. Chronic patients should not have to deal with crappy physician & office staff attitudes.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
