They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
