They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. My pet was extremely distressed the whole time we were here and incredibly anxious to leave. The veterinarian was unfriendly and unwilling to make my pet feel more comfortable. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The only bad thing I saw was a surgery that was going on in the next room with the door wide open. Seeing a dog sprawled on its back, tied down with blood showing was disturbing. Cant believe they didnt seem to care what us customers thought.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Yes, they called right on time
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
