I have used this vet clinic since 2004. Any time I had gotten meds for my dog, they have always given me the dosage for 50 lbs. and under. When it came time to put my 15 year old dog to sleep this year, I had made the dreaded phone call to ask about the price. I was told it would be $40 for under 50 lbs. and another $55 to have her cremated and the cremains returned to me. When leaving her there, I was handed papers by Dr. Myers and was told to hand them to the girls at the front desk and don't forget to pay. I was horrified. The next day, I was looking at my bank statement, I was charged $156.80. I called the vet clinic. I had to explain twice to whomever answered the phone about my situation, and was then transferred to someone else, to whom I had to explain another 4 times. I was told when I picked up the cremains, I would get a refund. Upon picking up my dog's cremains, I was told that I would get a credit to my account. I was not in agreement with that. To make this story shorter, Dr. Myers came bounding out of the back room and hollered, "Give her her $50 back if she never comes back again!" Then he got right in my face and said, "Never come back in. Promise?" To say the least, this treatment was horrific and I will NEVER return to this clinic again.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
