I think Dr. McGehee is well informed and reasonable compared to other Vets in town. I always recommend him to my friends.

Am so glad to be back with Castle West. Went there long ago with my dogs, move and used a different vet. I really feel like my dogs are well cared for here and that the staff is kind and helpful. I think Dr. McGehee has a great rapport with animals. My dogs are comfortable with him and so am I. Recommend this Animal Clinic highly.

I have been seeing Dr. McGehee for over 3 years now and have been very happy with the care he takes with all my pet's (Dog's and Cat's). I would for sure recommend him to anyone looking for a great Vet. Thanks Dr. McGehee you are the best.

I adore Dr. Mcgehee and trust no one else to care for my brood.

I first found him approx. 14 years back after being treated like I was an ignorant bitch by a Vet @ Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital, simply for stating that I prefer to treat things as holistically as possible.... I walked out and never turned back.

At the time Bill Mcgehee was the only vet I could even find in San Antonio that had a complimentary approach. He made an immediate and very positive first impression. He has never given me reason to change this opinion in 14 years.

Sure, I wish I could go to him in emergencies, but I would be lost in San Antonio without this lovely human being... I feel lucky to have found him.

My only complaint is that his staff is less accepting of my approach than Bill. But if they don't see my truth, well, they can kiss my grits!
