I had a neighbor take my kitty in because I was out of state. I communicated with the office by phone.Their staff was reportedly friendly enough, but they treated my kitty, who was very sick with cancer (she could barely walk), in a disgusting way. They gave her several enemas and literally dumped her back in her carrier covered in feces to go home. I felt like sending her in there was pointless and a waste of a lot of money. None of my questions were answered (except that the enemas didn't work), nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse after sending her in. Yes, the office was very easy to locate. I can't imagine any circumstances, other than an extreme emergency, where I would return to this Vet's office. When I was able to locate Thingy's regular vet, who had recently left this office, he treated her very gently, gave her a thorough exam and sent us home with medications for a severe U.T.I., a laxative for severe constipation and a steroid to try shrinking the tumor.
