They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
