Excellent care facility that has expanded hours. They make it really simple to walk in and be seen by a doctor. I absolutely recommend Physicians Medical Care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Karen Henderson was the attending physician and was incredibly friendly and open to real discussion. It's rare to find such an impressive doctor.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

I had a medical condition and they barely would tell me about it, i had to call them back and get the name of the condition and look it up myself. i only go here because of my insurance. I also waited 45 for a drug test when 2 people were in front of me.
