Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute I can almost always call last minute and get an appointment for my pets in an emergency. They are extremely reliable. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The staff is knowledgeable, and interested in every animal and person that walks in. I fully trust the expertise I find at Bells Animal Clinic, and really like knowing everyone there; I especially like how they remember all my 'babies', and care for them like I would.

We love Bells Animal Clinic!!!! Dr Bailey and Dr Moss are awesome Vets. Dr Bailey takes care of our small mixed breed dog named Bailey. Dr Bailey is so caring and compassionate in her care, we love her. Dr Moss is amazing with our horse Traveler. Our horse had a horrible accident and cut his fetlock. Dr Moss has been very instrumental in his care and recovery. Dr Moss truly loves horses and it shows. These veterinarians are tops in our minds. They are always available when we have questions and give us practical information and advice. If you are looking for good care for your pets try Bells Animal Clinic.

We have been using Bells animal clinic for over 5 years and their is not a single "dirty" thing I can say about them. Between Dr. Moss & Dr. Bailey we know that our girls are in the BEST of hands. Their knowledge and love for animals is just amazing. The clinic seems like it is in the middle of nowhere, but I promise you this one thing, they make sure you are well satisfied and as if you are just part of this large family.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
