Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They paid close attention to me and my pet. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience easier. All my questions were answered, they helped me do further research on bone cancer in dogs.. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The whole staff is very compasionate and caring, especially through difficult times with a pet who is ill and terminal.
