The day we got a kitten from the shelter we brought him to Senatobia Animal Hospital to have him checked for worms and any other health problems. They said he was in good health - no worms or any other problems. A couple of weeks later he wasn't doing well so we took him to a different vet who said he did have worms and a bad stomach infection. A few days and almost $700 later, he died. I will NEVER EVER go to this vet again!

Awesome vet ! We had two dogs heart worm positive with treatment both have clean bill of health. They are always kind and take the time to answer all your questions.

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I had a fur baby that I had since he was a puppy and he was 12 years old and fell jumping up onto a couch and was very badly injured. I tried half the night and left messages and NO ONE called me back on the EMERGENCY number and my fur baby passed away. They need to IMPROVE on the emergency number where someone can be reached at ALL times!

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

I love this vet. Dr. Williams is very caring and knowledgeable. Tracy at the front desk is wonderful and very knowledgeable as well. Brad and Aaron, the vet techs who I'm acquainted with, are caring, careful and quite competent. Usually I just go there for vaccinations and claw trimming, but recently my cat's eye looked very strange. I called and Tracy asked me to come in immediately since cat eye problems can escalate very quickly -- it was a Saturday -- they didn't want me to wait until Monday. Although the rooms were full, I waited only about 15 minutes. Dr. Williams knew immediately what it was, treated her, and gave me eye drops for pain and antibiotics. The vet tech carefully instructed me on the best way to administer eye drops. I liked it that I did not have to go to a pharmacy to get the medicine. I love it that Dr. Williams was concerned about my cat's pain as well as treatment. I feel very fortunate to live in a rural area and have this great animal hospital only 20 minutes away.
