I would give zero stars if it were possible. This is the rudest vet I have ever met! I wouldn't take a cockroach to him for care!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I didn't need to visit this facility, because I wasn't even pleased with the telephone called that I placed on MAY 1, 2013. The doctor answered the phone, and I posed the question to him, as to whether or not they clipped duck feathers permanently. He went on to tell me that they are migratory birds, and I know that; however, I paid for them to stay on our lake and enjoy feeding, caring for them, and adoring them. I didn't call for a lecture. He should have simply said no, we do not perform those services. The drab mono-tone voice doesn't make you look forward to a visit there either.

They are completely committed to helping me with my dog as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.
They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more
