I've been taking my animals here for years and have never had a complaint. Doctor Sanders is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and caring. I will continuing doing business with Dr. Sanders for as long as she is here.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
