If I could give All Creatures Animal Hospital a ZERO rating I would. Took my 9yr old cat to them because his mouth was tender. Vet said he needed tooth extraction. No antibiotics given. Earliest appt. was in 10 days. The day before the scheduled extraction cat was taken back to vet because for 2 days he wasn’t eating, drinking, very lethargic and hiding in the closet. A different vet said needed tooth extracted; however, this time the tooth was on the other side of the cat’s mouth. A shot of antibiotics were given. If I hadn’t brought the cat in the day before he would never have been given any antibiotics in a timely manner before the extraction. They never mentioned anything about giving him a daily antibiotic before the extraction. No chest x-ray given because this isn’t part of their “routine” procedure; even though, I made an extra trip because cat was not acting like himself & they also knew that he had allergies. Allergies and possible asthma go hand-in-hand and they still didn’t think outside the box to do a chest x-ray. Cat had trouble coming out of anesthesia and acting lethargic but he was still given to me to take home. That night cat develops heavy breathing. Take him back to vet the next day. A different vet sees him. They take cat away from me and go to the back room. They come out every 1/2hr with updates. Cat was screaming in the back & vet only brings him back to me after I demanded it which was in the last minute of his life. They try to tell me the cat had lung cancer which you can’t tell unless you do a pathology report. I didn’t appreciate being treated like someone without any intelligence. It was one of the most horrific situations. They killed my cat. The cat endured a horrible death because in my opinion, the veterinarians at this facility are completely incompetent. If you cherish your pet I wouldn’t take them to this place.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
