I am a patient at kindred flamingo hospital and have been here for 6 months and I'm finally being discharged today. I want to give thanks to Joyce the RN and Lisa the CNA .. thank you to Cecil for going to get me mcdonalds that I wanted so bad. Thanks to Debbie for being so caring , I will miss everybody because I was taken great care of

I am very grateful for everyone at kindred flamingo hospital. I was in such bad shape when I got here and with working with the rehab dept they have done such great work. As I call them the A- Team!! Also I'm so happy I have gotten to meet my patient advocate Debbie as I always look forward to seeing her bright smile.. All my CNAs have been wonderful. Now I'm looking forward to being discharged I hope soon but I'll never forget KindredHospital.

My husband receives the best professional care at Kindred Flamingo.. We both have confidence in his doctors and staff. His therapists make sure he is making progress. We trust this facility to take care of him in a caring professional manner.

I had my own room and was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The therapy was available to me and thorough. I enjoyed therapy with Michael Wolfe, he really helped me get stronger. He was very enthusiastic about helping me.

Hi my name is Terri Holtwick and I would like to say thank you to Debbie infection control for making me a beautiful Denver Bronco wreath. She has been so thoughtful for thinking of me. I have been a patient for awhile at kindred flamingo hospital and I can't express the wonderful care I have been given. The nursing staff from the CNAs to house keeping to wound care and to Debbie the patient advocate. Thanks everyone and thanks again Debbie for making me the most beautiful wreath.

Hi I'm a patient at kindred Flamingo on the hospital side. I would like to say thank you to some of the people that have taken great care of me. Thanks to Vergil who is an CNA and who really has never been my CNA but has always helped me by wheeling me to my room when I needed help. Thanks to both of the Debbie"s that are across the hall from me , I really enjoy stopping in their room and talking with them. Debbie the patient advocate is always helping me with something and just a nice person to talk to. Terri and jacki in administration are very nice . Bob from respiratory. Marc the RN at night is a very.friendly guy and always helps me. I know I'm missing some people and I'm so sorry but I really can say there are many very good and caring people here at kindred.

I am a current patient of Kindred hospital. I cannot tell you how happy I have been with the level of service and care. I suffer from a severe leg wound and at the time of being admitted was under the impression that I could lose my leg. The staff here would not let me stay in that depression. They told me there was nothing written that I would lose my foot and assured me that recovery was a great possibility. They then went about the business of giving me the best care I could receive. I am proud to say that even though i'm not out woods I can see a recovery in my future. The doctors are caring and extremely knowledgable, the nurses RNs,LPNs, and the CNAs are the most capable and professional. I would recommend Kindred hospitals to any one.

Hi my name is Daniel. And I've been a patient on the hospital side at Kindred Flamingo Hospital. I want to say thanks to Robyn M who is the Social Worker at Kindred. She worked hard on finding out something's on my Medicaid . Robyn was the only one who could find out the answers. Also thanks to my advocate Debbie who really tried to help me with my issues as she helps me all the time. Also thanks to Sheila the case Manger who cared about my well being and I'm happy I get to go home today.. I also want to say thanks too Sherry the PT who always helped me and was caring. I'm just happy to get to go home today. Thank you kindred again.

I wanted to say thank you to all the great people that took great care of me while I've been a patient here at Kindred Hospital Flamingo. I want to give thanks to my case manager who worked so hard to get me home before Thanksgiving but now it doesn't appear that I will be. I'm being discharged from to the hospital side and back to the skilled side of Kindred, which is fine because I've been a patient on that side too. Thank you too my CNA Zee who always took great care of me. Thanks to the whole wound care Team that really knowns there stuff! Thanks to the house keepers that were always friendly while cleaning my room. Also my Patient Advocate who always came in several times of the day to just check on me and talk and keep me company, so thank you Debbie. Also I want to say thank you to all the RNs That we're caring for me this whole time. Thanks everyone again and happy holidays.
