My cat developed a urinary problem on a saturday night. It got worse and my cat was howling in discomfort. The doctor came in on a Saturday night. I noticed there was a Christmas parade going on outside. When I commented on the parade the vet told me he was supposed be in the parade. He gave it up to take care of my cat. My dog loves going in. She begs to be petted. When the receptionist was too busy to pet her the vet did.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice
