I have lost my faith in their care because they misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was their fault my pet got worse. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought.

Yes, it is very conveniently located

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this provider have bad breath?
Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
