Thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable. I have been taking my dogs there for over 7 years. Dr. Stauffer is wonderful and patient with the animals and from my experience, with the humans too. The staff is kind and personable. I highly recommend the Delphi Vet Clinic.

I had to wait for a little while.

Completely!

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
