The doctors at Etown Animal hospital are great, friendly, and knowledgeable! I wish some of them would go out on their own because the staff at Etown Animal Hospital are extremely rude and slow! I switched vets years ago because since they started their move to their new location all their prices went up and the staff began acting very snobby and rude. I wish very much that both Dr. Yates' would start a practice of their own because they seem to care very much for their pet patients and are very efficient. I just wish the rest of the staff at that place would be the same. I can't imagine why in the world anyone would need to be that hateful, if they don't like their jobs they need to find a new career! Also, since I have switched to a new vet, I love the ability to make an appointment and be seen when I show up! No more waiting at Etown Animal Hospital for hours to be seen! Also, Etown animal hospital, should not be called a "hospital" because they DO NOT see emergencies first as a true hospital would!

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

No, I don't think so

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
