They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
