They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The most generous part of this clinic is that a previous Veterinarian came from Auburn to check Annies eyes after she performed eye surgery to keep me from having to go back to Auburn. Thank you Dr Merideth. Dr. Moore allowed her onh a weekend to see Annie at his clinic...Pretty Fantastic to have this kind of Cameradery..Thank you Dr. Moore!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I love Bay Animal especially Dr Dixon and Leslie!!! My animals are in the very best of care when they are at the clinic. Ive been going to Bay Animal for 25 years.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The examining rooms at Bay Animal Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
