Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
