I called with a simple question about trimming my dogs nails, and the receptionist gave me the time and information like I was asking about a serious procedure. Very kind and extremely helpful!!

The staff and doctor are extremely friendly and answer all your questions. I think their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome team they have to take care of all your pets!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion

Absolutely, they were an expert!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital?
Not at all!
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
