My dog has been a patient at this clinic for two years. I called recently because she injured her leg and it was swollen. I was told it would be two months before she could be seen. Not exactly compassionate and caring, are they?

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
