Great vet. Down to earth and good communication skills. I don’t feel like he’s trying to sell me expensive things. I love that he can take care of my farm.

We've had Dr Ian Smith as our Veterinarian for over 20 years. He has saved one of our dogs life with emergency eye surgery. He has given our Labradors more time on this planet and better lives while they're here. He is an incredible vet but an even better person. His assistant, Jo, has always gone over and above the call of duty with a smile. And the receptionist, LuAnn, is the one who keeps all the balls in the air and is the sweetest lady. She knows the cliental and their pets on a first name bases, as do Ian and Jo. You find better care for your hooved or pawed animals anywhere on this planet. They TRULY care about the wellbeing of your animals.

Excellent Veterinarian Services. Very kind, patient friendly people!. I think their services are also very reasonably priced for the great service and care they take. Dr. Ian Smith and staff are extremely good at keeping you updated even after hours if needed. Loma is blessed to have them out there!

Dr. Ian Smith and his staff are absolutely amazing. We recently lost our best friend but with the help of Dr. Ian's staff, they made the situation much more manageable!! Loma is very lucky to have such a wonderful veterinary service in their own backyard!

I would refer ANYONE to Dr. Ian Smith!

... Ian Smith and his staff are unbeatable. He's straight up and tells it like it is.. what your options are and what to expect. Highly recommended. I v been with Ian since the very beginning and and plan on stayin with the practice for sure.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Dr. Ian is very caring and really wants what's best for the animals. I have taken both of my dogs there and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Grand Valley Veterinary Services to anyone who's pet is "family" and wants to feel confident with their experience.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and my pets. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I appreciate that they are up front about the cost of the care, I have been to other vets that make you feel guilty about worrying about cost when your pets health is at stake, they are very understanding.
