My cat Peal had an emergency situation and my own vet can't get her in, so we called Murlen Animal Clinic, and they got her in right away and took care of her. We were very grateful, as yearly check ups anyone can do, but when our loved animals sick, that's when we really need the vet, and NOT to spend a fortune taking to ER during the day when the clinic is open. So we transferred our pets care right away to Murlen Animal Clinic.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
