We were new clients. Our appt was at 2:30 and we were told to get there 15 minutes before time so we were. After checking in, the gal at the desk never talked to us. We were the only ones there. The other techs came by and no one looked at us. At 2:40, a woman came rushing in and into the back. At 2:55 we were called into a room. The rushing person was the doctor. No WELCOME, etc. No sorry for being late. We will not go back. We decided to return to our previous vet who is quite a distance away.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

We've had more than 1 vet over many years, many dogs, many houses - we love the staff here and they love the animals. They know my dog's name when I say our last name and ask about the family. I don't think I can find anything that would make me more comfortable.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I feel safe with my dog in their care. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located at 116th and Brooksschool Rd by Marsh.They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were by far one of the best I've seen in their field.
