They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
