A month ago, my elderly dog seemed unable to stand up on his own. This happened on a Sunday so we took him to VCC emergency care. They prescribed medications. It got so much worse from there. He was so sick we feared it might be time to let him go. Dr. Hammett said "no, no, I don't think so!" He changed the meds and put him on a bland diet and said let's retest in a few weeks. Our pup is alive and doing great because of Dr. Hammett and we are beyond grateful.

In my opinion, of all the vets I have visited, he and his staff are by far the nicest. Dr. Gates, and his wife were both great, but they retired after many, many years. My husband remembered him from years ago when he he brought a pet there for treatment.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
