They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
