Took my puppy Bella in recently to get her updated shots it was my first visit. I adopted her from Dixon Correctional. I like Dr. Brabham she is just sweet and you can tell she really cares.

Excellent care and service is provided for all our pets every time we visit, and that's often because we have nine cats and two dogs! We highly recommend Dr. Lisa and her staff for routine care and injuries. Unfortunately, our pets sometimes experience those too.

Words versus Actions are so profound with Dr. Lisa Brabham - - She and her staff have a welcoming environment with your animals; small to large no matter the breed or age. Dr. Lisa's heart is in her work. She and her staff go above and beyond to work with you and your animals. I have also used her hospital services many times due to surgery and or illness with one animal or another - -professional care was given to my pets, I was kept abreast of their condition daily. While Lisa doesn't exhibit the "warm" demeanor that I expect from a veterinarian, she does have the backing of certain members of my family. I didn't, however, like the curt response from her office assistant today, when I missed my appointment and called to reschedule (apparently the office doesn't make reminder calls). She said they would review the schedule and call me back. Mind you, I was only bringing my pup in for annual shots and a cut. I called 3 hours later, only to be told they hadn't been able to decide on a time and "that's what happens when you miss your appointment. You go to the bottom of the line." WELL there are too many veterinarians in the area. Lisa doesn't have the monopoly on this service. I'll be finding another.

Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else
