I am reading some of the reviews and I think that these were unsatisfied people because they are mad for being sent by ASAP for treatment. It is their own fault that they have to do treatment. I can't find another therapy center who can beat their fees. They charge $20.00 for each group and other center charges $45.00-$65.00 for a group! They give you a fee contract if you can't pay their fees. Other centers do not have this option. These people need to look at themselves and stop blaming others. My experience was very different. I highly recommend this program for people who are ready to look at their problems honestly and not look to blame others who are trying to help them.

These people are NOT substance abuse counselors/therapists as they are put out there to be. Most all if not all people that go to them are court ordered and their main logo, i.e., "HIM" (to mean Honesty, Insight and Motivation) is constantly a joke with the director as Honesty, Insight and Money. They know they are a joke. Two of the female counselors there are wonderful individuals and they allow the group to talk and vent. However, it is not necessarily therapy. They are very concerned with the money aspect of it and charge extra (anywhere from 6-8 dollars) should you happen to forget or not be able to bring your little sign in sheet or blow tube. I can understand if it were an all the time thing but even once, you get charged. It is a joke of a referral from the RAASAP and they need to be exposed.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

No, it was fine
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
