The doctors here are very knowledgable, and take time to explain each and every situation. I would reccomend this clinic to all my friends, but I don't have to because they already use them.

The Dr. paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful that my animal will get better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will refer all my freinds and family to Big Thicket.

This place was, for the most part awful. I was told to be there at 8. I got there well ahead of time, and the receptionist was rude. Refused to take my military ID as a picture ID, although it was kinda stupid of me to forget my driver's license. Finally, they "gave in, just this once". The vet tech that helped after that was wonderful, especially after the rudeness of the receptionists. The vet, Dr. Stevenson I believe, didn't bother to show up until 9, and I waited 40 minutes on him. Then he didn't bother to apologize or anything. He walked in, glanced at me without a word, spent 20 seconds on each cat, and walked out. Never even acknowledged my presence with so much as a good morning. Less than a week later, my kitten's poop is full of worms. Great. Another vet bill. I won't go back there. Vet tech, if you read this, get a better job. You were amazing!
