I was pleased with the good condition of their facilities and equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I noticed their office smelled clean - not perfume, just clean. I like that they always answer my questions clearly and welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they were good about explaining options and clarifying diagnoses. Patient and calm with the animals and clearly concerned with their comfort and quality of life.
