My experience was terrible. I was treated like criminal until I could prove otherwise. Pain treatment is about caring and I felt interrogated and embarrassed over my post surgical pain. I'm certain proper care can be given with courtesy and respect rather than interrogation. That was my experience. And it does not pleae me to give such a review. But seek help elsewhere if at all possible. Pain is not trivial and if you look for an alternative pain doctor you can be quickly labeled a "doctor shopper" which is a second opinion in any other medical field.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. The Doctor didn't finish the procedure but rather stopped in the middle of it saying he couldn't finish because it was too hard to do with my level of pain anxiety.
