These people LOST A CAT! They have no answer, simply have no clue! If you believe that, that is. There are nefarious things afoot. They also lost the carrier and tried to pawn off a dilapidated piece of junk instead! DO NOT TRUST YOUR ANIMALS TO THESE "PEOPLE"!

I found them to be fast and knowledgeable. I did not think they were as expensive as the other vets. I plan to use them again.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I LOVE DR. GARDINER'S CLINIC! We drive all the way from Warner Robins, and after a recent, extremely long & poor, VERY expensive experience at another clinic in Warner Robins, we will continue to drive the 30 miles to Macon to Greenwoord Farms, as it is well worth the drive!!! I have used him with several pets now, for a neuter on a cat, and all my past animal's check ups. We went to this other clinic with our new dog b/c they had a coupon offer & was closer to home, and even with their coupon it was TWICE what I have paid with Dr. Gardiner! We are going BACK to Greenwood Farms next weekend for a second opinion on Bubble's diagnosis, and for a better, more effective & less expensive treatment option. As another reviewer stated, his clinic is a little "home hobby" styled but it is warm, clean, and friendly, and the prices & staff are wonderful. I have never felt ripped off or overcharged there, the way I did this past weekend in Warner Robins.
